FAQ'sAbout our Spring WaterWhere does the spring water come from?Gold Coast Spring Water, who have the exclusive distribution rights of spring water based on the Gold Coast, have the spring water supplied by the Neverfail Spring Water Co Pty Ltd (a member of the Coca-Cola Amatil Group). Neverfail are the largest producer and supplier of spring water to the home and office market. You will receive the best of both worlds as Neverfail are the “Number ONE” water company in Australia, and with our local knowledge and customer service, we will ensure you receive a premium product and service second to none. In Queensland, Neverfail have spring water sources in the mountains of Springbrook and Tamborine. They start with natural, protected spring water from the underground source. Quality spring water like this is consistent from year to year and is naturally purified and protected. Neverfail pump, transport and store the spring water in food-grade stainless steel at all times. How much water do I need to drink?It is recommended that the average adult drink 8 glasses of spring water per day. Do Gold Coast Spring Water charge a fee for spring water delivery?A fuel levy applies to all product deliveries, which is $1.25 (including GST). The fuel levy will apply to each delivery (not each bottle) and will appear on your delivery at the point of delivery. How do I organize my spring water delivery?A delivery calendar will be posted out to you after your first initial delivery and this will have your nominated delivery date for each month crossed. What do I do if I run out of stock?In the event you were to run of water, we will endeavor to get the water delivered the next working day. There is a minimum two bottle delivery. Is there any other places I can purchase 15L bottles of spring water from?The website has the name and addresses of resellers who retail 15L bottles of spring water. About the productsWhat size are the water coolers?The freestanding coolers are 940 mm high on a base of 310 mm per side - they take up about as much space as a telephone book. The bench top cooler is 520 mm high. Can we buy a water cooler?As well as renting, we have new and second hand coolers for sale. Can I purchase spring water if I have my own cooler?We are more then happy to supply spring water for your cooler, and also can offer a service of cleaning, sanitizing and repairing your cooler. What happens if my rented water cooler breaks down?As part of our rental agreement, we will gladly exchange a faulty cooler at anytime and replace it as soon as possible free of charge. How much does it cost to run a water cooler?The cooler uses as much energy as a 75 watt light bulb, approximately 5 cents per day to run a cold cooler. It costs approximately 35 cents per day to run a hot and cold cooler. Do I have a choice of colors for my water cooler?All floor model coolers are available in white, grey and stainless steel. Do you have water filters?As well as renting and selling water coolers Gold Coast Spring Water also rent and sell under counter twin filters, bottle fill cooler filters, plumbed in water filters and plumbed in bubblers. What are the sizes of the bottled spring water you have?We have 15 litre bottles of spring water as well as 350ml, 600ml and 1.5 litre bottles of packaged water.
