About Gold Coast Spring Water

In May 2003 husband and wife team Lyn and David Williams’s fresh from ten years working and living in Papua New Guinea purchased off Palm Springs Australia P/L the exclusive distribution rights of Palm Springs spring water, water coolers, and packaged water for the Gold Coast. The distribution area takes in Yatala to the north and Kingscliffe NSW to the South.

On October 2006 Palm Springs Australia Limited sold to the Neverfail Spring Water Co Pty Ltd (a member of the Coca-Cola Amatil Group).

This saw Palm Springs Gold Coast changing our name to Gold Coast Spring Water and retained as the Neverfail agent for the Gold Coast. Gold Coast Spring Water as a family company is 100% committed to customer service and supplying a distribution service second to none. Neverfail are the largest producer and supplier of spring water to the home and office market in Australia.

We currently have four trucks supplying spring water, and packaged water to over 1800 domestic and commercial customers with customers such as Jupiter’s, Gold Coast Convention Centre, Griffith University to mention a few with a smaller accounts being treated no different to the larger account.
